I’ve never really found a good pill case. I used a small waterproof tackle box; it is heavy and overkill on capacity, but it does stay closed and I’ve not had a leak. I only need about 5 or 6 compartments. Anyone out there take pills with them on trips? What do you use?IMG_7599.jpeg

I have a fair bit of meds that keep me going, I've cut down several of those 7 day "morning/evening" pill containers into 3, 4 or 5 day dispensers (usually after one of the compartment lids breaks), and I use a single cut down 4 day one for OTC stuff like Benadryl, Gravol, etc. it allows me to carry a half dozen or more of 8 different OTC meds, They all get elastic bands across the lids (in case one breaks) and stored in heavyweight baggies which in turn goes in my meds bag which also has rolaids, a "that stuff for pain" spray pen, and other assorted "almost meds" stuff like decongestant, witch hazel, H2O2, etc.
I've used the same system for about 35-40 years and it hasn't let me down yet- the bag goes in the flap pocket with my 1st aid kit and shaving kit since they're generally used in conjunction with the other stuff

This looks like a nice option:

I just use tiny ziplocs in my first aid kit or ditty bag. They are like $5 per hundred from various retailers.
