Looking for an IT person orcompany

Unfortunatley, my IT guy has moved on without even a heads up and to make matters worse, I received an email from the host company yesterday:

"[FONT=Arial, Tahoma, Verdana, sans-serif]Your account canoetripping.net has reached 90% of the monthly quota of 300000 program executions. Please note that once you hit 100% of the allowed monthly program executions, your web service will be limited for the calendar month. The web service limit means you might be having problems accessing your website." [/FONT]

This is probably caused by machine type spammers trying to enter the site which can affect usage. It can be cleaned up, but that's not something I would like to try.

So if you know an IT guy who would be interested in working on a per hour basis, anywhere in US or Canada, please either respond here or send me an email at rdlauer_00 at yahoo.
I paid the last guy $25 per hour for a refence.
