Took a trip to the St. Regis Area and Whitney Wilderness Area in May with a Mad River Explorer in Kevlar . One trip with a friend and another with my wife and doggie. Always spectacular beauty in the nature and travel of the region. My only complaint was the Adirondack air-force aka bugs seemed especially brutal this spring.
