While visiting the Anacortes area last week, I spied these canoes in an open boat shed...


Notice the ones hanging from the ceiling?


They look fast. Maybe about 20" wide? And 20' long? They look like they could be solo canoes. There wasn't anyone around to tell me about the boats' design and construction. I did find someone to tell me how they were used - the big ones, anyway...
