I inherited a couple of those saw horses a few years ago, but mine didn't seem very sturdy (the legs didn't lock consistently) so I threw them out.
Too bad, this is a great idea for them.

I have a set of those. They work reasonably well and best of all they are height-adjustable for my 6’3” preferred higher working height (garden gnomes must have installed the cabinets/counters in my home’s bathrooms).
However, a set we had at work weren’t up to the task and quickly got sloppy loose; they went into the steel recycling bin. If only I had seen this use then!
