Guided trips in eastern Canada

A Google search of guided trips yields plenty of Northwest Territories canoeing and a bunch of kayaking trips for the rest of Canada. Is there such a thing as a guided trip on the George in northern Quebec, or the Hayes River, or (gulp) the Riviere Arnaud from Payne Lake to Ungava Bay? I'm aging out here, and not finding a team that wants to do a wilderness river trip in the Eastern half of Canada.
