I picked up this stove in a barn clean-out a couple of days ago. It seems in ok shape everything moves as it should. It was last used on a boat, and it will never come canoeing with me but it is light weight and I could see mounting it in a car camping kitchen. Anybody have any insight on the stove? Seems little info online because it is old. I’m going to try and fire it up this weekend and see how it goes. I also got a Primus 54 but it seems to be missing a few pieces, I was lucky to find the burner head in the dumpster. Things were getting tossed pretty quickly.

Thanks Sam, I did find that site last night but at least what I found was scant. I’ll spend more time there over the next couple of days.

I fired up the stove today. It is gravity feed fuel and totally silent. Since it is gravity feed it has a breather hole in the tank lid but with what I have there is no way to seal it to prevent evaporation between use. Maybe plastic wrap, the screw the top on, but that is not something to worry about now. Not sure it is the best where wind could be an issue. Anyway here are some pics.
