From its founding in 2011, this site has been kept financially alive solely by virtue of voluntary member donations during fund drives, which used to take place annually. Consequently, there never have been any ads or required dues here. Let's keep it that way.
In our last fund drive in November 2023, I stated that we could go without another fund drive for three years, until November 2026, if folks were generous enough.
You were. And we have done so.
At the conclusion of that 2023 fund drive, I suggested that you all save $15 a year for the next three years so that you would have $45 to contribute in November 2026 to fund the site for another three years. In other words, we need 80 people to contribute an average of $45 USD ($62 CSD) each—NOW—to keep this site comfortably afloat with a prudent reserve for another three years. Give more if you are able, or whatever you can.
HOW
You can contribute two ways, PayPal being greatly preferred:
→ 1. Log in to your PayPal account and send your donation to this email address: ctrippingnet@gmail.com
On the PayPal page where you enter the amount, please put your real name and your screen name in the"Add a Note" field, so I know who sent what.
Two pages later, choose to send the funds via the "For friends and family" option—NOT the "For goods and services" option—so the site doesn't incur the PayPal fee.
→ 2. Make checks payable to Glenn MacGrady and mail them (or cash) to:
