Sparkleberry Landing which, I think, is closest to Rimini. I really wish I'd done more research before striking out but it was kind of a spur-of-the-moment trip, the canoe was still on the car from Allegheny Islands (just looks good up there) and the swamp was worth paddling. I'll definitely have to do it again when I have a few days to explore it.

Yes, the closest town is Rimini, which is almost uninhabited. You likely put in at just about the same place on the landing's shore as I did 20 years ago with my outrigger, but at a lower water level, off to the right of the boat ramp.

Still sorting photos from Sparkleberry Swamp. These didn't make the cut.
I don't think it'll be my last paddle of the year but it might be the pooch's.
