Here is a little video I made of installing lining loops in my Swift Dragonfly 15.
Glenn, the float tanks were optional from Swift and they are air chambers.Thanks for that video. I've never drilled or used a canoe with lining holes, but my understanding is that they should be low enough so that they are just above the cutwater when the loaded canoe is being lined or tracked.
Robert, your DF 15 is so customized that I don't recall whether it has factory float tanks. If it does, I'm curious as to whether Swift filled them with foam or left them empty. I assume empty with a relief valve.
