From left to right:
MDB (My Darling Bride) on the log at Lake Lila, August 1984.
My buddy Dave and his soon to be ex wife,
His 327 strip built pro boat.

Not a Thursday but finally found a photo. From a trip we were actually paid to do, 1989. Quebec City to Midland on Georgian Bay, 1200 km in three North canoes, 8 to a canoe. Gear packed in old Canada Post canvas bags, way too much Big Bill's Beans and Rice from Harvest Foodworks, bilingual skits to perform along the way, sleeping in parking lots and on the lawns of community centres along the way.

It is all so familiar. I have never paddled with any of these people,, but I could have and I would have been happy about it.
The level of joy is obvious.

Having second thoughts on the last pic being in the ADK’s .
Here are some more but with a post card from Maine. The pic with the fish has what looks like a Rangeley Lake boat tied to the dock.

Looks like a nice campsite with the fly and kitchen setup.
