Contractors will be working on Lows Lake upper dam through November 2017. There will be access but you must stay to the right and use the dock.

When I was there in the beginning of May, DEC. OPS was painting blue lines everywhere and staking out the area

I remember when the upper dam was being completely rebuilt. Must have been around 20 years ago (I've been going there every year since 1990, staffing a guide training program). Funny how the fact that it comes around again seems to say something about aging.
