Hello from The Iron Range

Hello all,
I am new to this board, but have paddled for many year in Northern and Southern Wisconsin, Central Texas and Northern Minnesota.
My wife and I are currently living in Ely,m although we have some land near Nashwauk, MN that we are going to build on and use as our jump off point.
I work for the USFS in the Superior NF.

Welcome Micheal, Must be nice living in one of the great jumping off places for canoe tripping, My son in law works for the USFS in Maine, my daughter did also for 7 years.
