I had seen that video in the past and was glad I did. Last fall I was paddling with my sisters 93 year old mother in law whan she told me she knows how to move the canoe if you loose your paddle by standing in the stern jumping up and down swinging your arms. If I hadn't seen the video I would have thought she was nuts. I tried to download it on my phone to show to her but couldn't remember Reg's name and couldn't find it. Thanks for posting it.

Don't assume that. I have the video and its on public display at the Canadian Canoe Museum in Peterbourough. I have the video because I saw it some 20 years ago and wanted it. Karen Knight got a copy for me in Great Britain pre You tube
