Had dinner overlooking the Black River (NY) and watched kayakers in the white water.

(The mac and cheese with pulled pork was fantastic!)

Did they spin their double blade paddles over their heads saying things like “boof, beater, knarly, far out dude, chundered”?

Are you sure they where kayaks and not “decked canoes”? To be honest, I can’t tell the difference.

I didn't notice any theatrics. I did see one loop in the air or somersault - a complete flip. Don't know how she did that.
