I responded to his original post just because I thought it was odd to lump those three items together and wondered what the back story was. His response below:

Everything is in good shape having medical issues and having to part ways but want to sell as a package deal and seeing how I used them the most in the BWCA thought it would be only fitting that maybe someone would be interested in the deal that is a fellow paddler and could put everything to good use.
