The Thames River flows for several hundred kilometers through SW Ontario. It starts up near the town of St Marys, flows through London and Chatham and continues down towards Lake St. Clair. Just west of London there is a nice little 10 km. stretch I like to paddle between the town of of Kilworth and the village of Delaware. This one-way paddle requires you to leave a car to shuttle back or arrange for a pick-up at the Delaware Conservation Area. Please check out my video of this pleasant little day-paddle destination.
