That's a great trip for two adults never mind having a baby to deal with. Really takes some planning, hard work, and a lot of patience. Just dealing with the bugs must have been hard, not to mention campfires and keeping the little guy away.

In the same vein there's a fellow named Dan Clark who has made some excellent videos of long distance canoe trips in the north with his wife and two young children. Also a long distance bicycle trip up South America. You can see his videos on Vimeo. Start with the oldest one (Valdez to Whittier).
