@Johnson63 Can you explain how you sleeved and finished the lining hole? The hex shaped escutcheon (for lack of a better word) has me curious about how that was assembled. Nicely done.

The hex appearance is due to the fact that the masking tape was placed a couple mm from the 5/8” carbon fiber tube in that pattern. I could not be bothered to cut it into a circle. The “escutcheon” is marine grade adhesive sealant. The carbon is epoxied into place. The most challenging thing is to cut a pretty hole through the Kevlar fusion. It does not like to cut.
