Inexpensive Action Camera that really performs

I'm always looking for alternatives to higher priced action cameras like those made by GoPro, Sony and Garmin. Don't get me wrong...those are all great cameras, but for someone on a tight budget, I think I've found an amazing little action camera that is currently selling on sites like Amazon for around $69.99. It's the Crosstour CT9500, and it comes with a waterproof housing, 2 batteries and a charger, and all kinds of accessories. It shoots amazing 4K and HD video, as well as slow-motion video. It has image stabilization. It shoots 20MB still photos and really impressive time-lapse sequences. This looks like a great budget camera to take along on any canoe trip.
