Often two good bilge sponges (I think mine are Harmony brand?), or a sponge and shamwow-style (different brand). When I remember the shamwow it does great. But I like that the sponges have a grommet tie-in point. A plastic biner and a little p-cord tether helps keep them in the boat and out of the way. And because of those tethers, it's easier to keep them with the boat stuff where I remember to grab them. The shammy often gets forgotten cause it's on the drying rack with the laundry.
