I'm from Central Wi, west of Waupaca. While I've been a canoer most of my life, I honestly have been not doing much of it the last few decades. I do want to change that up. But my main reason for joining here is because I plan to start building a wood stripper soon. And the posts on that here seem to be some of the better ones I've come across online. This is a project that in general I've been thinking about off and on for over 30 years since i got a copy of Canoecraft as a teenager. And finally decided to tackle it. I've watched many a video, and read several articles, but there is nothing like actually doing to get you going. I do have some questions I'm going start asking in the appropriate channel. But thought I'd make an introduction here first.
