The lettering got weeny and there now two layouts. One I cant use at all as I cant log in or reply to posts . The other just is a neat birchbark background. The topo map background and color photo is gone replaced by a sketch.

Everything looks fine to me and I am in China where almost nothing works. Maybe try rebooting your device?
