Thanks for posting this. Having a first aid kit that's filled with what you need, instead of what is provided in some commercial kits, is worth its weight in gold when you really need it.

PS - You also need the knowledge to know what to do when an emergency hits and that can't be found in a kit. For that reason, it's a good idea to take a basic wilderness first aid course if you can.
