Current River Trip Photos

I've got some time to kill on a Friday afternoon and thought y'all might enjoy some pics from a December trip on the Current river in the Missouri Ozarks. For those unfamiliar the Current is one of several beautiful spring fed streams that are managed by the NPS as part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. This was actually a last minute bonus trip courtesy of some vacation time but we do at least one winter multi-day on the Current every year and usually have it to ourselves. It's a great time to travel the river. Yellowcanoe and others may recognize the white haired gentleman as Peter Blanc. It was an honor to have him on our trip. In order to adequately convey the desperation of my boredom I'll also post a trip report from another (and very typical) multi-day. Hope you enjoy!
