Is that a dam in the 4th pic? If so, were you above or below it?

correct, below the dam paddled down from the campground to twin bridges. earlier in the day we did àn out and back just a ove the dam that was nice too

Looks like a nice paddle. I'm a little jelly. Some of the backwaters off of the Lower Wisconsin look kind of like that (W/different tree species) when the spring run is up. Right now, all my local water is kinda hard.

Thanks for the tease. It will be about a month longer before our local rivers open enough to put a canoe in. Looks like I'll have to live vicariously through your adventures for the time being (LOL).
