5 days in Ocala National Forest

Some good friends of mine from New Hampshire came down to get away from the cold and do some paddling this past week. We only did day trips but they covered some of the best places to paddle in the Ocala National Forest. Sunday afternoon on the lower part of Juniper Springs, Monday on the Silver River, Tuesday on Ocklawaha River, Wednesday on Juniper Springs and Thursday on Alexander Spring. Weather was in the low 70's and some what windy at times. Had a great time.

Ken, mid seventies north Florida vs early March in New Hampshire. I am sure they had a good time spring paddling, no pun intended.

a bit too much for me

Why wait till next year, grab John and come see me now. It looks like you have plenty of winter left up there and the weather is great here. By the way you don't have to worry about snakes, the gators eat them. ;-).
