2025 Western Pennsylvania Solo Canoe Rendezvous

Anybody know if the wooden canoe heritage group is going to be there? They used to always be there with one of their newly built/restored canoes…and raffle tickets. Never win, but always willing to take a chance and make a donation too.

I usually bring (non-vegetarian) cookies for the pot luck buffet. Hope to see some of you there.

Depends how strictly vegetarian. Many cookie recipes include eggs and/or butter.

Those ingredients are considered vegetarian where lard is not. A chicken can lay and egg and walk away. A pig can't do the same with lard.

Ahh, so many levels now: Flexatarian> Omnivore> Polotarian> Pescatarian> Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian> Vegetarian> Vegan and probably a few others I missed.

I just like food!
