Top Kayaker has the most complete selection of strap eyes and lashing hooks, open and closed clam cleats and even strap grommets for webbing pass throughs. I use the hell out of those little, hard to find items, and try to keep the most commonly used one in shop supply.
I ordered 100 pack of black nylon strap eyes four or five years ago and have only four left. Screw buying singles or ten packs, gimme another 100.
