DF - how do you like fishing out of that boat? do you have any issues with stability or landing fish?
I will be using it for spin fishing and fly fishing.

sorry for belated response kbobb, been distracted with non canoeing stuff and not on the site much as of late.
Anyway, I love fishing and hunting with the peregrine. It's light, tough, paddles great and carries all the gear I need for most any adventure on the water. I find it to be plenty stable overall, but it is a solo design so stable for me may not be as stable for you. That said as an extreme example here is another photo from the same trip as the pic above. I did this as more of a dare by my paddling partners wanting to get of pic of me toppling in as opposed to how I normally fly fish. I spent much of my formative years surfing and even many decades later still have pretty good balance. So my buddies didn't get the photo op they were hoping for. Still, a picture is worth a thousand words as they say...
