"Walk" yourself on 360° self-guided tours around the exhibits and collections of the famous Canadian Canoe Museum in Peterborough, Ontario, at this link:

Who has been there in person?

Visited decades ago when the collection was being housed informally at a summer camp. Met Kirk and got a brief tour. It was an amazing collection then so I can only imagine what it is today.

Glenn,
I've visited many times over the years- and as a member of the museum now living in Peterborough, I pop in regularly to check what is new in the bookstore or pick up Chestnut decals...

As many will know the Museum is is on the move, leaving the old Evinrude factory ( ironic that a canoe museum was for 25years housed in an outboard motor factory???) this Fall. The old place will close for good on Labour Day, but the following gives you an idea of what the new facility right on Little Lake will look like:

My wife and I visited this museum several years ago.
I'm very much looking forward to the new one when it opens.
