We've never had a specific forum for trip reports from other countries, and I don't think we yet have enough to justify a specific forum. However, the few reports we have gotten have been sprinkled sort of randomly into different forums.
To somewhat centralize trip reports from other countries, I have modified the description of the Canoe Destination and Routes forum to additionally include "Trip reports from countries other than USA and Canada", and have moved some such trip reports I recall into that forum, mainly some trip reports by Tom from France. If you recall any others, let me know.
If in the future we get more trip reports from other countries, I'll consider setting up a specific forum.
