Hey...I recognize a few names over here. 
My husband and I have paddled mostly in Ontario - Algonquin, Killarney, Wabakimi Provincial Parks - Spanish, French, Chiniguchi Rivers - all the Great Lakes but Michigan. We did some day trips in PEI and Nova Scotia and our nearby Southern Ontario rivers.
With my career change it may be awhile before I get the premo vacation time of July/August so we may be looking at heading to the US, such as Florida. Looking forward to reading more about paddling south of the border!
