Sleeping Pad Review - KLYMIT Static V2

I've always used self-inflating sleeping pads on my canoeing adventures, but as find myself doing more and more backpacking trips I've been looking at options for something smaller that packs away easily. One day while visiting my local sporting goods store I saw something that caught my eye. It was the KLYMIT Static V2 sleeping pad. It was so tiny, and only weighed about a pound, but it had a price tag of $100 CDN, which to me seemed like an awful lot of money to pay for an air mattress. Luckily it was on sale for $70, so I took my chances and bought it.
...And I'm glad I did. It has proven to be very comfortable, and I've never had a bad nights sleep while using it last summer on half a dozen outings. Of course, long term durability is always a question, and I know there is lots of competition out there for similar products, but so far I'm very happy with this sleeping pad and have put together a short video overview of this product. Please have a look:
