nice to see turtles again

It's always so nice to see turtles again in the Spring. Starting over a week ago first I heard the plop noise and saw the splash and then saw a few...mostly smaller ones. Today I saw a medium size one covered in mud that looked like it must have just emerged from it's hibernation spot. I think I'm seeing turtles 1-2 weeks earlier than last year. 60's today (again) and 70's tomorrow in SW Michigan

Yes- early here too. Hearing the frogs in the mornings and evenings always makes me smile.

I do like it when the ground warms up enough for snakes to come out.

I do enjoy the seasons and we sort of have them here, but they are a little weird and blurred. Something will be blooming any month of the year. You might see turtles and gators any month of the year. Some trees do lose their leaves though and most have gotten green or are in the process now.
