My Christmas Present Arrived: A WBS Paddle

My quiver, right to left:
Carlilse, Bending Branches Beavertail, Fishell Modified Ottertail, Fishell Ray Special, Bruce Smith Classic, Bending Branches Expedition Plus.
The Ray Special and the Expedition+ have been my tripping and daily drivers, but I'm planning to add the WBS Classic into the regular rotation. The BB Beavertail and the Carlisle were my first two, but no longer see much use. The Modified Ottertail was my gateway to finer paddles, but I prefer the Ray Special, so the MO now sees little use. The E+ is primarily used for shallow waters and whitewater. I've learned that I prefer the feel of oiled paddles to varnished. And in terms of maintenance, the re-oiling is, in my view, easier than working with varnish.
