I've been watching these for a week as we already have Oilcamp Space Saver mugs with lids and the 40 oz Klean Kanteen is supposed to nest inside the mug (as will a 1 liter Nalgene bottle).

Mountain outdoors has the lids and mugs at a good price. As a closeout kind of dealer they have very rudimentary communications but they do ship quickly....

The Space Saver Mug also fits over the Stanley 24 oz Adventure Cook Set in which I have a small setup with a Pocket Rocket burner, small pieces of chamois and Scotchbrite pad, dish soap, a homemade heat diffuser and a fuel canister.

I just ordered a pair of these Klean Kanteen bottles so the ability to mix and match the different bottle, mugs and cook set should be helpful.

The Olicamp Space Saver Mug will not fit over the insulated 40 oz insulated bottles.
