Ok, jerky turned out AWWWWWWWWSOME! Got my 2nd batch is cooling, got the 1st in the deep freeze already. Need to leave some out and hide from wife.
We've got a year's worth of jerky in small vac sealed bags if the son doesn't visit. Then, it's like a week's worth.
