A Grizzly Encounter

A woman in Alberta, Canada, walking with her dog, is approached by a grizzly. It circles her several times, coming closer each time. It makes two false rushes. It gets seriously close to her and rises up on its hind legs a couple of times. She holds off the grizzly by telling it to go away in a rough voice.

This was on our local news here in central NYS; even made the national news on NBC. Pretty scary stuff. I've encountered black bear in the past while out with my dog but our interactions were nothing like this. Glad she, the pooch & bear all were able to go their separate ways without any injuries.
