Horton River 2026 – Looking to share fly-in costs

I’m planning a solo trip on the Horton River in 2026 and would love to team up with another paddler (or small group) to share the charter costs. Flexible with timing.

I have a friend that has mentioned doing it next year, but he has other trips in mind, too (which I hope to do with him). I'll throw your name in the hat if the Horton trip forms.

I’ve recently learned that the Pilatus Porter out of Norman Wells can carry more than just two solo paddlers with gear – certainly enough for a tandem team and a solo paddler. That could make splitting the flight quite reasonable.

Alternatively, I’d also be happy to join a small group planning their own trip who might be chartering a Twin Otter but aren’t filling it to capacity. I’d cover my share of the total cost to fly in with you, even if our trip is otherwise independent.
