Free Mad River Traveler in NH

I have a MR Traveler that I know I won't be working on so want to give it away for FREE to someone with more courage than I have to tackle it. I'm in Penacook, NH. Here's some pics of the hull, which for it's age is in good shape, 1989. It has an, I'm assuming, original wooden sliding seat bracket with the hardware to rebuild it. Sir, what is it fiberglass ? Or ABS ? Thanks

Looks like fiberglass to me with those floatation tanks and how skinny the hull edge looks.

Looks like FG to me also. DougD doesn't seem to post here anymore, but since he gave his email address in that old post, there would probably be no harm in emailing him and asking questions about the canoe. He's always been helpful to fellow paddlers.

Rebuild of a Mad River Traveler

So a while back I picked up a MR Traveler basically for free and after stripping the gunwales, seats and thwarts off I'm left with a puzzle. The shear line in the middle of the boat has an outside flare to it! Is that a design feature I ask as I scratch my head or something else? Never seen...

The hard part was getting it home as it was very floppy with only temporary rails. It's a great hull, tough as nails.
