This is a good tip. It really works! I whipped out a great looking contoured carry yoke in about 10 minutes with a cheap angle grinder set up with a sanding disk of 60 grit. Once roughed out, just had to smooth it with a random orbit sander, then a few coats of varnish. It looked as good as one...
