Welcome. It sounds like you might need to DIY one and start a stripper. Cypress might make a decent Cedar substitute if you want to remain budget-friendly.
Not that bad, I have managed to find some nice canoes, but used ones are very hard to come by. I have certainly made replacement gunwales from cypress though.
