Here's a video of our member Marc Ornstein demonstrating superb boat control in an exhibition at the Midwest Canoe Symposium in September 2023. He is paddling a Savage River Illusion, a canoe he designed, and using a Dogpaddle freestyle paddle, which he makes.

Marc has been the best FS paddler for many years. Rock solid technique. Such a pleasure to watch….and he’s a nice guy too!!
