mad river journey 156

I was looking at pics of the Mad River Journey 156. It looks like theres a sharp bend in the hull at the yoke, instead of being nicely rounded.

Is this the way it is? Or just bad pictures?

REI has a picture of the Journey 156 and I don't seethe sharp bend where you indicate--must be bad pictures.
