Ideas for menus to dehydrate

Some good ideas there. Chilli and Lasagna are two of my favourites to take. They taste oh so good, after a few days in. A bit of bannock on the side, and I'm in heaven. :)
 
Glenn's site has come a long way since his early days. I have to go look and see if any of my recipes are still there. Maybe submit a new one (or two).

I am making raisins tonight out of some grapes that started to shrivel up in the fridge. It is working good and wow, do they ever have some intense flavour. Much more so that store bought raisins.

This seems to be a trend I notice in my dehydrating...awesome flavours.

Iskweo, I can't believe I never thought of making my own raisins from grapes I didn't get around to eating! We dehydrate a significant amount of food for trips, either in the canoe or a travel trailer. Nothing like wowing people with a pizza or strawberry shortcake a few days in a trip!
