Has anyone ever paddled a Curtis Vagabond solo canoe or know anyone who paddles one??? I'm currently looking at a solo Curtis and I believe it to be a Vagabond based on the length, owner says it's about 14' 6". Anyway, any reviews, recommendations, opinions, concerns, complaints? I'd like to hear them.

Thanks John R

I have its bigger sibling the Nomad. Nomad was sized for men and the Vagabond made ( same hull shape) for smaller folk like most women. If you are under 170 and 5' 6" or so it would work. I have the RapidFire which is based on the Vagabond and its fine sitting close to the bottom.. Once I had to kneel and twist around to paddle out of a dead end backwards ( no place to turn around)> Kneeling and being high it was kind of unsettling though I am 5'5".

It is 14'8" https://forums.paddling.com/discussion/1629358/curtis-vagabond-for-first-solo

Saw your post on P net but won't double post my reply to keep things fair
