Thanks for sharing that story Robin. We stayed at Natanis last year and I would never have considered going further upsrteam . Even going from Flagstaff up the N branch of the Dead is not easy! ( we did day trips)
And I wish I knew how he skirted the mess in Skowhegan with all the dam and the city.
