A Nomad in our future? Just curious.

Yes, just curious. Does anyone know if the Nomad mold or plug is still dormant somewhere (Colden) or has someone move it to a new location hoping to bring it back to life.

An interesting question, Gerald, so I emailed Charlie Wilson about it. He says the Nomad mold has been destroyed.

On the other hand, he told me a few months ago that the Wildfire mold is at Swift.

Ohh... horrid news but not expected as the Keewaydin line from Swift is a descendant of the Nomad.

I have my 1989 Curtis Nomad in the barn.. Gerald, its quite a big solo. The Wildfire is quite smaller but fine for lightweight tripping. As its got symmetrical rocker, in a stern quartering wind, it tends to broach unless you put all your kit behind you. I have tripped with mine.
