I watched that vid a short while ago. IIRC it's from a camp trip the youth group took in the north. Sorry, I can't remember the camp name (there are several on L Temagami) but I believe they tripped down a portion of the Thelon (?), Nunavut.

White Tailed Deer, Field Mice, and humans are the main blood hosts for Deer Ticks here in Ontario. But I think they will feed on any mammal .
